Whilst we are best known for our public relations, media relations and writing expertise, we offer a full range of communications services.

Catherine, the Founder of The Answer Ltd, is a seasoned PR and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in journalism, public relations and marketing.
She holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Communications, plus a post graduate level qualification in public relations: DipCAM(PR). Her first degree was a BA (Hons) European Business Studies. She also holds a Diplôme de Deuxième Cycle from l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Bordeaux.
Catherine has extensive experience of working with clients with complex messages since her early career in Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance where she advised clients of their obligations under EU directives relating to CE marking.
She speaks fluent French and is well on the way to becoming proficient in Welsh.

For ongoing retainers we work on an initial four-month contract followed by ongoing work with a two-month notice period. We develop a package of ‘deliverables’ to be carried out within that period. Our typical retainer fees start at £1,500 pcm.
Our typical project fee starts at £3,000 and encompasses a boundaried set of goals and associated activities.
