Refillable zero-waste shop Bath

Good for your family. Good for your community. Good for the planet....’

We are delighted to be working with Refillable, a zero-waste grocery store in Bath.

Refillable started as an idea at the beginning of 2020 just as the pandemic hit and launched in October 2020, fast becoming the go-to local grocery store. Based just off London Road in Bath, the family business provides an environmentally-friendly shopping experience without plastic packaging. Shoppers bring along their own containers or buy sustainable containers from the store, and fill them up with a variety of produce.

The store currently supplies milk, fresh fruit and vegetables and an ever-expanding line of products from local suppliers including beauty, homeware and gifts. Café style seating is also now available to complement their coffee and cold-pressed juice bar, allowing customers to sit and enjoy a drink and snack outside.

Refillable have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Bath Life Awards in the Environmental Category and recently celebrated their first anniversary. They are now ready to move to the next phase of growth and have engaged TheAnswer Ltd to help with events, social media and PR.

We ran the first in a series of ‘meet the producer’ events recently – an after-hours chocolate tasting and making session, with more to follow. Refillable are truly advocating sustainable change in the local community, striving towards a better planet for our people, animals and plants.
